Smooth wrinkles and improve skin tone & texture

Diminish wrinkles and fine lines

Frown lines, worry lines, the 11s. However you refer to them, they’re still wrinkles. Frown lines are caused by repeated muscle movements – frowning, squinting and scowling – which gradually break down collagen and elastin, the building blocks of the skin. At Face It Aesthetics, we combat these signs of aging with injections of Xeomin, the newest and most advanced neuromodulator.

What is a neuromodulator?

A neuromodulator is a tiny protein that blocks communication between nerve and muscle cells, preventing the muscle from moving. Blocking this movement relaxes muscles which eliminates wrinkles, and as a result, you look younger. Botox, Xeomin and Dysport are all neuromodulators that are approved by the FDA to treat wrinkles.

Why I use Xeomin

What’s different about Xeomin is that it undergoes an extra step of purification so that there is no extra protein on the outside. The extra protein in Botox and Dysport can sometimes cause people to develop antibodies, which reduces their effectiveness because your body develops a resistance to them. Xeomin is my choice because it’s purified, it’s remarkably successful in smoothing out wrinkles, and in the hands of an experienced injector, it lasts as long as Botox. I’m confident that we can achieve your desired look with Xeomin.

Eliminate wrinkles

Glabellar lines appear in the space between the eyebrows, making you look like you’re frowning or upset. Forehead lines can become so pronounced that they are visible even when your face is at rest. Early treatment with Xeomin can prevent these uninvited visitors from staying any longer – and give you a more rested and youthful appearance.

Lift your brow

If you have a heavy upper eyelid, a small amount of neuromodulator placed under the brow can lift the upper lid, creating a refreshed and “awake” appearance. It’s an amazing result with very minimal intervention, rarely bruises, and will last approximately 3 to 6 months. People won’t notice any difference, just a more youthful and alert look.

Is Xeomin better than Botox?

The name Botox is often used as a generic term for neuromodulators, but Xeomin is actually a newer technology featuring a purified product without unnecessary proteins.
